Didn't you claim to have coached a Kenyan woman to a new AR in the 400m?
Didn't you state that Sammy Nyokaye ran a 1:01:40 half marathon at altitude, until it was proven here that the course was more than 500m short?
Didn't you coach a doper, and for years used his doped marathon win to promote your services?
And you are telling me I am giving false information? You are lying about Victor Kipchirchir. You spoke ti Mike Rono, not to Victor. You said it yourself on facebook. I can prove that. You can't prove you coached Victor.
No you didn't. Take the Valencia winner, for example. You sent a training plan to his team mate. His team mate says he followed it. You have zero evidence that the Valencia winner followed that plan.
Someone who knows him, in Kenya, asked him and he said he didn't follow your plan.
You are nothing but a liar.
.
.......and you wrote they were team mates. They were not! When Vincent won Valencia he was in Run Fast management( same as then Sammy) and his then real close buddy and training partner Mike had no manager at the time. 😲😲😲

Victor was not with Run Fast.
Victor was with Volare.
Stop lying.
No, you are wrong again. When he was coached by me 2,5 months up to his win in Valencia 2016 he was in Run Fast management. Then after he changed to Rosa .....Run Fast loved their runners being coached by me for free and Run Fast that way got nice ' free money'. Mengich on the other hand had Volare as manager but he tricked them to believe he was selfcoached, lol ))🤣🤣🤣

You are either ignorant or lying. Probably both.
1. Victor was NEVER coached by you. This has been proven.
2. Run Fast was sponsored by Mizuno (you should know this as Sammy Nyokaye ran in Mizuno gear), and Victor won Valencia in adidas gear - Volare being sponsored by adidas.
3. You keep repeating the same lies year after year. You should be ashamed.
4. After 4 months of "training" you still can't run 1km under 4:00
You are wrong of course. When Victor won Valencia in 2:07:38 with me as the magic coach he was still in RunFast team .Run Fast team congratulated their runner right after the win.Victor's best marathon time 2:09:02 before I coached him in 2,5 months( !) to his then new PB 2:07:38 was back in 2012 , four years span. Try some logic and try understand it's of course impossible he suddenly after 4 years could run a 2:07:38 and fast finish winning Valencia marathon if nothing special magic had changed in his training routine after 4 years...😉 Then after the race he changed to Rosa association manager. This I tell is the magic truth in this case with Victor and I won't comment it more at this thread.🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪

I am not "wrong of course". Victor won Valencia wearing adidas. Do you need me to post a picture? Victor joined Volare afterwards. You are so wrong it's embarrassing.
And you never coached him! You just sent a training plan to his mate. Keep repeating that lie all you want, I will call you out. It's ridiculous that you try to fool people like this.
Do you want logic? Here is some logic for you: athletes that are successful with a coach don't leave that coach after a couple of months. In your case they "do". Well, they don't actually leave you because you were never their coach. You are just the annoying guy on the Internet, dressed like a pimp, spamming athletes' facebook pages with tales of magic.
You are a clown, Jan.
And you are totally ignorant. Victor would NEVER run in adidas gear if he was with Run Fast
I applaud you for doing at least some jogging, it is good for your health. But your stated goal was to run 17:30 by August and you said that it would be very easy. After 4 months, to have a realistic chance, I would have expected that by now you were running 50 MPW and broke 19 in the 5K. I guess that 10 min of continuous run could be considered progress. I stand with my earlier assessment that not getting lapped more than once would be a success, although I now start to think that this may be unlikely if someone fast shows up.

We are going around in circles - the crux of the matter is that there's no way a 94 kilograms man (200 lbs) for six feet 1 inch (1.87cm) can run sub 20 for a five kilometer run so Jan needs to get his weight down to between 70 to 75 kilograms which would be around 150 to 160 pounds to be competitive and to reach his goal.
Without the weight loss everything would be impossible despite good intentions and we wish him luck nevertheless in his endeavours but time is of the essence and a radical diet or fasting plan would be necessary.

Who's this "we", Kemosabe? What makes you think "we" are wishing him luck? The guy is a lying sleazeball! But you're correct about one thing -- Jan the Liar will never be sniffing 20:00 in the 5k. Of course, he's been happy to say that 18:00 will be "easy" for him.
So here's a question for you, Ghost, since you know Jan well. When he says these marks will be easy for him to hit (always "next year"), does he actually believe it? Or is it just part of the con?

I know JS very well. When he tells he can do things in his running, he believe. He never lies here .Swedish JS mate.

Jan, everybody knows that is you writing. Don't be pathetic.
I repeat what I've said here previously. If you really believe in your method, you should begin training youngsters in your home country so you can mold them from the start. I'm very sure your old club IF Kville would appreciate such an offer as their MD/LD group lack guidance. Long term, but you have many years left.

I agree with you, and in the past I have encouraged Jan to do just that. But he said that he doesn't have time to wait, to develop young athletes, because he wants to be recognized as a world class coach as soon as possible. That's why he goes after already established elites and sub-elite athletes.
Jan is ego-driven, and that's a shame. He would stand a much better chance of achieving the status he desires if he worked with young athletes and developed some great talents.

I wrote I won't comment your false statements about Victor Kipchirchir anymore, but I found evidence what I told about RunFast management was his management when he coached by me won Valencia Marathon 2016 was correct. I guess he ran in Adidas kit because he had his own private sponsor and not Mizuno.

I'm not ego-drivńen . It's a false statement.. Young runners all over the world contact me to get advice how to best train to improve. I believe I do most to the world of running by coach/ advice runners at all levels all over the world . Running in my Sweden is a very little sport and the talents to find is the same as looking for a needle in a haystack.I say there is absolutely no training system or coach in the world able to produce young world class runners if the runners are not super talented of course. Not even my supereffective Dancan system can accomplish that. It's also absolutely false statement that I would be actively try to contact young very talented runners and stalk them as some here say. It's the truth during my now 8 years as a world class top coach vast majority of runners coached by me contacted me to ask for coaching and not the other way around. It had been very interesting to coach young runners at a successful high school in USA and improve them all with my magic.🇸🇪🧙🏼♂️🇸🇪
