I disagree, a long sprinter running his first short sprint in 4 years and running a time that would have medaled in every global championship in the last decade. Running a fast 100m is like having a good jump shot or hitting 95 mph fastball, it take a lot of repetitions to get it right, which Norman does not have. Norman's focus over the last couple of years has clearly been the 200/400, if he decides to start focusing on the 100m, his times will drop dramatically.
Albeit, if I were him, I would not focus on the 100m, I would see that raw speed as a benefit to the 200/400 and also use it as bargaining chip for the 4x100.
