Why don't you believe it? They've been writing tickets in Spain and Italy (€300-€3000) for exercising for weeks now.
I thought it was painfully obvious from reading the OP but maybe I just have a gift.
Do you not believe the OP specifically or don't believe people in general are getting fined for leaving the house in many countries?

I don’t believe anything you lend your support to as you’re generally full of sh!t.
LRC posters are infamous for claiming something happened and can’t produce a shred of evidence when asked to verify.

I don’t believe the OP.
France has been handing out citations for about that amount for quite a while now.

No joke. I’m from a western country who calls itself a democracy. This morning while I was jogging alone in my neighborhood. A police car passed and then another one. They didn’t care. But then another one came and decided to harass me. He asked me to right back into my house (other pedestrians were walking as well and even some runners here and there). I told him that not allowing me to go out for a workout in my neighborhood once a day is a red line for me, and I must disobey such thing. He gave me a fine of around 150$. Then I was very upset but decided to keep on the workout- I had so much adrenaline in my blood so my times were very good. After half hour he passed there again and asked me again to go and also to promise him that I would not do it again (no joke). I said I can’t give any promise like that. So he detained me for 5 hours in the police station.
I tell you- as long as people continue to cooperate with this madness, the politicians will not back up.
Why lie? It’s not helping.

And why would a French man use the american spelling for neighbourhood?
He’s been asked to produce evidence and he can’t.

Canadians spell it neighbourhood not neighborhood.
As I said. I am not trying to earn the trust of any of the anonymous people here whom I have never seen and never will see. As I said believe it, or don’t believe it- your choice. I don’t care. I just wanted to share an experience I had today and that I was willing to sacrifice for the right to jog outside
I would like to know as well haha.

That has nothing to do with Canada.

Defeats the purpose.
You should have coughed on him.
Incredible really! Ggggg was running at a 3:59 min./mi. pace and had a 100m head start and the officer was running a a 3:55 min./mi. pace and eventually caught up.
