An analysis on how this pandemic has dramatically impacted the spring season for so many runners (NCAAs, high school, pro track and field, road racing, marathons).
I'm normally a huge fan of the freewheeling nature of LRC. This is a Black Swan event and everything that everyone does during this time matters.
YOU, Wejo/Rojo, are responsible when obvious disinformation about the crisis is posted, even encouraged, on this site.
Your moderators have done nothing to eliminate obviously incorrect information. It's a damned shame you have failed so badly here.
Get Rupp to admit he is still infusing L-Carnitine
Digging up footage of classic races would be awesome. Put out a call for rare footage, VHS tapes, whatever.
Exactly. "Cover" old races that pre-date the site.
Then have threads concerning the post, like every other site on earth.

Once again we review EVERY post reported to us. You can call me 1-844-LETSRUN, your can email me
wejo@letsrun.com. If there is a specific post you want removed . Best way is to report the post but if nothing is done to your liking email me.
Instead I've received emails from ONE person complaining about the moderation. He also is the guy who told me to feature Renato Canova's posts. Turns out Renato posted some factually incorrect information. Something that is factually incorrect we will remove.
Or cite examples here of stuff you would like removed. Opinions like some people saying they think people are overreacting we generally will allow. Opinions like "10 Days to Collapse" we generally will allow.
But just email me at
wejo@letsrun.comwith a link to a specific post and it will be reviewed.

What do you mean "have threads concerning the post, like every other site on earth."?
I think it is time to downsize staff
Why not a close interview with the Swedish magic wizard coach JS?
Should be a real scoop I think.
Free speech demands that we not ban my own personal troll.
He’s so cute & very low maintenance.
Look at Pinkbike.
They post stuff just like you do, on their home page. But the threads concerning it are attached to the content itself.
They have a 'board', like this one, but nobody uses it.
Post about people's training. Interview past olympians, current ncaa seniors. Help organize underground track meets.
Start a LetsRun poll on what month racing restarts. And a poll on a plus-minus bet if Letsrun will still be in business by then.
How about more shoes stories and how they have destroyed the sport?
How about creating a controversy to disrespect any runner that is in the news and how they and shoe companies have destroyed the sport?
How about soliciting LetsRunners to provide details for as many poop stories as possible?
Wejo, I think you know what you need to do, just follow Rojo.
Wejo, sounding like Mark Zuckerberg and sh*t
You don't get it, obviously. It's not about any poster being bothered or offended by a particular post. It's about responsibility to the public health during an international emergency.
If you cannot see that we are entering Black Swan territory and that the 'voice' of LRC might be particularly important for messaging a consistent and credible message to a subset of the online viewership, then you are a part of a very large problem right now.
I have loved the tom foolery here and have participated with much buffoonery and laughter. This is a sober time for credibility and responsibility. Get your heads out of your asses, site owners.
Coordinate and sponsor testing of the new race shoes for efficiency.

This +1000
A complete break down of John Kelloggs training for the 10K and Marathon that includes full schedules and insights (not just a few sample weeks here and there). I appreciate his training wisdom document that is out there but would really like to see a well organized detailed schedules, not a big document that takes time to piece everything together.
Could you spend a little time building a post editing feature? That way we can fix stupid typos and such.
