"Barefood"? As a matter of mere curiosity, is it the case that quite a few OP's never check their thread titles or are they dyslexic?
+1 for Vivobarefoot, specifically the Primus Lite III are really rugged and thin soled.
If you have flat feet like me you'll definitely notice changes in your walking, no way any foot strengthening exercises can replicate walking around even 60 min per day.
I'd suggest salmon, honey, berries and the like for bearfood

I second this. I have that exact pair and it’s all I wear. Xero has some good options to but Vivo is superior in my opinion.

You could try sticking your feet to peanut butter bread but I think it would fall off pretty quickly if you tried running. I guess you could glue instead of peanut butter on some flour tortillas (use multiple layers for longer lasting barefoodwear.
