69.42 massive pb for Chekwell.
aussie girl in 2nd 71.02 Uganda bronze
Sorry about the limited commentary. The mens group was constantly splintering and reforming almost too often to mention it. In the womens' race they pretty much only showed Chekwel until the last mile or two when they showed the Australian. Also there was a lot of fuss over Griffiths even though an English guy was ahead of him.

75.15 was her pb, almost as massive as sullohern
I have a feeling that Steph Twell is going to develop like Gemma Steel did when it comes to the Half Marathon, definitely something to look out for in the future.
Wow
Jack Rayner
Dominates the Australian scene all season and then goes hard on the international level.
Amazing to watch, exciting talent
The blokes from Inside Running Podcast had Jack Rayner on for an interview a few weeks back, episode 42. He was talking about how he can't get a pair of Nike 4% and needs to swap Australian uniforms for them and buy them off stockx. Has destroyed everyone in Australia on the roads in 2018. Worth a listen
