The meet actually starts airing at 10:30pm ET on NBCSN, not 11:00pm ET like what was said in the meet preview. It might have got changed. Distance events start at 10:35pm ET so I'm hoping everything will be live.
Can LetsRun's staff confirm this?

Absolutely stupid the international mile isn't tonight. I mean, the Bowerman mile HAS to end the meet, but why not give the other mile field better weather?

I feel your pain but where have you been the last 10 years? Any outdoor meet in NY has been sparsely attended & if not for the Jamaicans coming out, they would be a ghost town. We had a Diamond League meet here the past few years & they had to yank it due to no interest. And didn't you see the free meet coverage from last week in Boston (the other city you are pulling for)? Free! And it was empty. Assuming you've never attended a meet in Eugene as it's the ideal locale for anything track & field.
If the attendance is better in Eugene than it would be in NYC or LA, then I guess that's great. It doesn't make sense to talk about me as an individual, but in general, here are some problems with your argument:
1. The level of competition at the Boston meet last week was way lower than any Diamond League meet. I'm unlikely to want to make a trip out of watching Charlene Lipsey run a 4:05 1500 (no offense to her), whereas the 1500 in Oregon has three household names (Brenda Martinez, Laura Muir, Jenny Simpson), and two Africans who've run under 4:00.
2. When I do attend big meets, it's very common for top runners to pull out, unless there's money on the line. Last time I went to a big meet there were three pros on the front cover of the program and none of them showed up to run. Why make a trip out of a meet when I don't think most of them are even going to show up? Eugene will still have insane depth in every race even if a few guys pull out.
3. Even if the attendance is better in Eugene, it remains a podunk town and holding every single track meet there isn't doing much for the popularization of track and field in this country. When I looked into the cost of the flight, I almost bought a ticket to Brussels. The flight from SFO to Brussels is $500 roundtrip if I buy it today. If you could spend a few days in Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, or Eugene for the same cost, who on earth would pick Eugene?
They need to stop with this Eugene nonsense and get a stadium in Portland. Taht would make all the meets easier to get for everyone.
Where are my javelin and pole vault live updates, people?

It's on NBC Sports on WOW cable. Channel 86. 800 just started. 60 seconds at the 400
Gold doesn't limit you to one stream. So if you buy it, it appears you can share it with some friends.
Goule. 2:00:82
Nat women's 800 comes through in 59.2, and Natoya Goule takes it easily 2:00.82 in the last ~200.
ANyone hear how Masback called last week's meet the Boos Games. Was he going out of his way to not say adidas? That's why I think it's just weird that a Nike employee is a commentator on NBC.
2:00:84 for Goule of Jamaica. Brown was 2nd.

Yet again they must have had the TV info wrong. NBCSN is broadcasting this baby live right now.
So it didn't start at 11:00.
My complaint is my gold package is showing me ads.

Interesting to see Stephanie Garcia's time in this 1500m. I wonder how much she will improve in the steeple.
