Won't happen. They are only good because of the lack of drug tests in Africa. Once they live here or in the UK etc., the Africans have to compete clean and will thus be your everyday average runner.
East Africans are even more succesful after they move to Europe,
See Mo Farah, Nora Jeruto, Sifan Hassan, Bernard Lagat, Wilson Kipketer etc ...so much for lack of drug tests

That's maybe two examples of men in 30 years? Lagat certainly didn't get better. His 1500 pr is Kenyan
Also, lol, this thread didn't age well at all. Africans are getting trounced 1500-5000. Kenya is going to need to start importing guys like Hoare and Fisher
And Lagat was better as an American than as a Kenyan. As a track fan you ought to know better than to judge a runner by PR. His achievements as an American were far greater than as a Kenyan especially considering his advanced age at the time.
Bakken 'imported' and adapted some Kenyan training principles to Norway, and it grew into world top performance. Smart training and commitment over time.
Every country has people of Chinese ancestry representing them in Olympic ping-pong. It just brings the level of ping-pong up everywhere. Don't see how that's possibly a bad thing.
