The Ramzi-3 comments I get, because he destroyed that DL with such ease (although so did Jager). But who's Ramzi-2?

Yes we are aloud-
What a pinkish pale skin wierd ponytail
Right on! That paleface' s hair is falling out on its own. Lol
Finally someone gets it
ramzi 2 would be Makh Daddy, though he's now made it longer than Ramzi (2012-2016 vs. 2005-2008), and has a totally different personality and competition schedule.
Soufiane El Bakkali, Morocco 8:05.12 is the one he is talking bout and he is going to give everyone a run for the money.

Shave it clean bald like Farah and Lagat. It works. And hold your hands flat, don't cup your palms. All about the heat dissipation.
Rupp hats work too but we know you have more class than that.
I agree on the holding hands flatter. It's a technique the sprinters use for a reason: opening the hands allows for easier swing back of the elbows for a more effective arm pump. The elbows are the key to the whole arm motion. Distance runners can certainly benefit from this technique as well.

Nah, man. You have to look relaxed.
This is gonna be fun. Can't wait.
Jager for the most exciting gold of the meet!
But I gotta say, "pure hate" is bullsh-t, has nothing to do with gold medals.
Okay....there is no chance "Ramzi-3" will be in under 7:55 shape. The Kenyans are all wicked scared of the day they lose to Jager......good thing for their sleep- they won't have to be scared for too much longer (it's about to happen).
"Ramzi-3" will also be defiled.
MR. CALCULO
IT IS VERY NEAT THAT YOU KNOW ALL THST, ARE YOU A GOOD COACH ?
yeah.and Kamworor is going to beat Farah.Kenyans are very very good runners but they trash talk like 6th grade boys

Some very interesting quotes from Kenya's male steeplers in an Allafrica.com article.
http://allafrica.com/stories/201708020123.htmlNow the Kenyan press is famous for getting the runners to put out grandiose quotes before major champs so it may not mean a lot but some of the quotes in that article are definitely bulletin board material. A few highlights.

If Jager is ready for some aggressive and at times dirty tactics, he can do it, but he's going to have to be ready for a very physical race otherwise he's going to get thrown off emotionally.
Likely doper letsrun hero great white hope. The man.

You agree for dumb reasons, that doesn't matter for a distance race. What matters is that the palms are full of small veins that dissipate heat into the air by conduction, reducing the amount of sweating necessary, and thus the amount of blood diverted to sweating. If you hold your hands cupped, some of the heat dissipates into your fingers.
After your next hot weather run, hold your hands flat under cool running water and you'll see what I mean.
Jäger should follow my advice and he will WIN.

sadly, this is not going to be jager's year
he had shot in '15, no chance last year & back to no chance again
this isn't because of the Kenyans, but because of ramzi-3
i expect that guy to be in 7'50 - 7'55 shape, likely top end of that & he is unbeatable
the Kenyans will rue forever not burying the wr down to 7'50 or even into 7'49s as cherono was capable off according to his coach, canova, in '06
then we had 1 kenyan who came within 0.01s of wr & didn't even seem to know he was running that fast ?! or he mighta pushed earlier for a 7'51
& kipsiele koech who never seemed to get much pacing help running a 7'54 when he too shouda got into 7'52s at worst
ramzi-3 wll win the gold at a canter & then attack 7'50 in brussels or zurich or rieti & the Kenyans will not see this wr again for a generation...
Hmm, look at that gold medal! Sure looked like he was in 7:50 shape coming in 2nd!

On your marks...

Run, ventolin! Run!
Congratulations Conseslus for winning the race for people who accept they can't beat Mo Farah. Do they get medals for this too? I think that would be a nice touch from the IAAF.
