It's like running shirtless as a guy.
I only like running shirtless on college campuses. But if I'm in some rural place in Western Massachusetts, I don't appreciate women with tattoos or girls with crazy blue/pink hair ogling at me from their cars.
Ew.
My coworker is Spanish and brings his kids back to Spain fairly often, where it's common for kids of all genders to go topless at pools and stuff. He has two daughters (ages are something like 4 and 6) and brought them to the pool in the US (in northern California), so they take off their t-shirts and jump into the pool. The lifeguards make them get out and ask them to put a top on, and the girls (who are extremely strong-willed like their mother) want none of it and refuse.
The lifeguard says they have to put on a top.
The sisters ask, "But why don't the boys have to?"
The lifeguard says, "Well, girls have bigger chests."
The girls point to an obese boy and say, "That boy has way bigger tits than either of us so why's he allowed to swim with no top?!"
Rekt.
Pics?
Boobs flopping around hurt.

no one is "ogling" at your ugly male body dumba**
If you run around topless long enough, then if you ever forget where your feet are at, they'll be easy to find bc your b00bs will be pointing at them.

that's what you think, baby.
i think it is unfair woman can run in their underwhere.
Since women can't run topless we should require males to wear bras too.
Yet another thread that's useless w/o pics!

In NYS they can (as long as it's not for commercial purposes).
Some judge finally figured out that breasts are overdeveloped sweat glands and not genitalia--so in a situation where a man can legally go topless, so can a woman.
Please come to NY. We love visitors. And their money. Especially their money. Okay, mostly *just* their money. But come to NY anyway.

I'd be willing to bet German tourists would be interested in this.

That's a really good idea, actually. It would teach those stupid men how to be more like women!

Great post.
Even for those who somehow consider an exposed breast to be problematic, there is no development of breast tissue in a four year-old.
Specializing children and infants by putting them in "girls" bathing suits is disgusting.
I see all of these kids who can barely walk wearing bikinis at the beach (I assume they are female). So trashy.

Why are 4 and 6 year olds saying the word tits?
Plus that isn't body acceptance they should go to jail.
I'm not sure how laws are written in other states, but women can go shirtless anywhere men are able to in Ohio.
I don't think it's a matter of whether they are able to. I doubt most want to.

You can legally run totally nude in Seattle.
