Classic. 😂😂😂😂 The guy's name is Tony.😂😂😂

if weather is good, i still don't see mo's time being all that good
i get the feeling he is past his peak from say '15 when he coud go 3'27.0/26'25
i don't see him better than about 3'30 nowdays & that eugene 5k a slight sub12'50 in a perfect fast race in 0 wind, call it midway between 12'45/12'50 of say 12'47.5
3'30 / 12'47.5 ->
7'23.32
26'52.72
i do get gut feeling mo currently coudn't crack 26'50 & at his peak he couda gone 26'25 !!!
side-note
Big-Man is running 1k in ostrava
he's peaking slowly & i think he is no better than maybe 1'43-flat at present
tables i use give that as 2'12.77
now, i doubt he is as good at 1k as 800 so add something to that 2'12.77, say maybe 1/2 - 3/4s
if he runs
~ 2'13.5
in a perfect run off say a 1'45-low/mid split, then i think he wouda done very well & is on track for possible silver in london behind Korir

In that video Farah states exactly what the problem with a race like last year's was. When you have some good guys (Kamworor etc) just sitting on your shoulder it becomes difficult to run good times. They are just sitting on you, using less energy, waiting to take the biggest scalp in distance running, not worth it for a slightly faster PB.
If you give them confidence now, it will be ammunition for London. Make them believe you are unbeatable throughout the season and they get scared at World's.
If you wanna learn how to run fast, watch Bekele's 10,000m WR. No pacers needed for half the race and no complaining
26:39 with a 61 s last lap
Rudisha I predict 2:14.
Farah 26:53.
He's still worth 26:30s in top shape and he's not in bad shape with his pre performance. But he will race only as fast as he needs to do to win, except with very poor competition where he wants to break some soft UK record.

Hasn't even run yet and people already claiming he's worth 20s faster than he will actually run...
Funny that before coming to Ostrava, Farah was saying how he was looking forward to the meet, to be there for the first time, and that he'd heard just positive things about the meet.
When they reminded in an interview that he had actually already run in Ostrava - at 5K in 2008 (where he finished I believed in 17th place), he replied "To be honest, I don't remember many things. Sometimes I have troubles to remember what happened the day before."
10k winner:Farah 27:08
1k winner: rudisha 2:16
Stream - anyone?
So much for 13:20 at 5K. According to this the third pacer is scheduled for 13:30 at halfway, even after the second pacer is supposed to take them through 3K in 8:00 ... not sure why you'd want the slowdown over the next 2K.
Kimeli, the third pacer, ran a 27:18 on the roads back in April (13:48/13:30 splits) winning by nearly a minute. You'd think he was capable of 13:20 for 5K based off that.
Hmm, this 600m split is to slow for a WR... Imo
i saw race on web
if it was 82F as claimed somewhere, then that obviously adds somewhat to final clocking, as 10k shoud be run at maybe 65 - 70F with 0 wind, but there were some winds of 1+/s swirling around ( taylor in tj had a -1.1 )
it started out at a sprint !!!, with 1st coupla laps at 26'25/26'27 pace !!!
it crumbled badly from there
long ruminating, i don't think he was better than ~ 26'50 if this had been ideal weather of 65 - 70 with 0 wind & solo last 5k
i think, current shape, if a guy in is substantially better than 26'50 shape, he can run mo into the ground...

That was to add to the story of his whereabouts a few years ago. France? Spain? Whatever.
He actually heard the doorbell but on the way to answer it he'd forgotten what he was doing so he just grabbed an EPO shake and went back to bed.

He's just an all around shady character.
Mr. Obvious, he has actually run 26:46. He ran 27:01 in hot, humid weather in Beijing with a 54 second last 400m. He has won every single championship race at 5 and 10 since losing the 10 in 2011. He has beaten multiple sub 12:50 guys (from that Paris 2012 race). How can you possibly think that he is not able to run at least five seconds faster than Galen Rupp (26:44 pr). In Beijing he dropped Rupp by 7 seconds in the last lap. Note that I am not saying that he can run 26:17 or 12:37. You cannot be fresh enough to run a 54 second last lap in a steamy 27:01 race without being ready to run sub 26:40. And don't tell me that Geoffrey Kamworor isn't capable of running 26:30s, i.e. 5 seconds or more faster than Rupp in ideal conditions.

Do you mean tonya the p*ssy cat?
Nope. Eldrick.
Farah has had dozens of chances over many, many years to run a fast 10,000m. He has run 26:46. He is either incapable of running faster or he just has no interest in doing so. In the end he is worth 26:46.Maybe Kamworor is capable of running faster than he has. He has had opportunities to prove that as well, and so far he has been unable to do so. The beauty of track and field is that you have a track, a stopwatch, and at the end of the day, an objective reality.
