Farah is running in the back. It's just dumb to go 70 and then 65. Farah is just chilling the back probably running more even.
But now we get a 63.9. Ok., now we are running. That makes some sense.
BUt WR pace is 63.4!!
They were just throwing some womens throw event on this stream. Why would it be this difficult to watch?????
2:40 2nd km
really. Instead of handing it to Mo in the last 800m our new plan is to make it even easier for him and just hand it to him from the get go. 68 followed by 70. Way to make it hard guys.
Maybe the Lesotho marathoner can jump in and take up the work and lay it on the line.
Kamworor you have to risk failure in order to succeed.
Here are teh splits. If you run 65.3 pace, you are running 27:12 pace.
Lap 1 - 68.39
Lap 2 - 70.3
Lap 3 - 65.93
Lap 4 - 63.84 (4:28.3)
Lap 5 - 63.65
Lap 6 - 65.34
Lap 7 - 65.31
Lap 8 - 65.0 (8:47.6)
65-second laps.
Not going to burn off Farah like that, but headed in the right direction for that goal.
Farah wisely lying back in the back so as not to apply pressure.
WR pace is ~ 63 flat.
No medals for Kenya is my prediction.

Good thing there are 25 laps!--2nd k at 26:40 pace, ass-face.
Sucks when they cut to different events.

What a coward. Stay up front and RACE. Go with the surges. Battle. Stop sitting in the back.
It is insane that for an event like this, you cannot even get an EASY live feed or live TV
You have to be out of the U.S or an internet wiz to get anything. I have spent 15 minutes fishing around. I just suck at this I guess.
I have tried, youtube thing, BBC TV, BBC 1, 2 x y z
We wonder why this sport suffers so much?
Insane
Lap 1 - 68.39
Lap 2 - 70.3
Lap 3 - 65.93
Lap 4 - 63.84
Lap 5 - 63.65
Lap 6 - 65.34
Lap 7 - 65.31
Lap 8 - 64.97
Lap 9 - 64.71
Lap 10 - 65.20
Lap 11 - 64.60
So the Kenyans seem to be trying to alternating the lead but The problem is Tanui can't seem to handle his part of the duties. He only made it 150 meters in the lead and Kamworor ahd to take over for him.
