If they start and finish (big if):
Ryan: 2:14:27
Sara: 2:35:17 (absolutely craters last few miles)
Ryan should be good for another 2:06, it's been a while.
As for Sara, I've got the feeling that god has special plans for her as well. This might be a bolt prediction, but considering how accomplished of a runner she is over various distances and as she gets better the longer the race is, I'm going to say:
2:21:00
First half for Ryan, as he runs at the front: 1:05:30
Second half, as heat and unrealistic early pace get to him: 1:12:00
Finish time: 2:17:30
I'd say 2:15 for Ryan and 2:35 for Sara. I don't know how they react to the heat, but given their previous race results this year, and the weather, I can see these times being the case.
Since Sage is getting mentions, I'm really hoping he can get the OTQ, but with the weather forcast and him not doing any heat training (something he has been open about), I think he'll have to run the best race of his life to get it. He seems to be in decent shape, only with about 8 weeks of specific marathon training.
2:30ish for Sara and if it's a good day Ryan probably has a good shot at a sub 3:05 Boston Qualifier.
the temps look to be 60ish for the start and probably won't be topping 70 for the fast guys. it's obviously not ideal but that really shouldn't kill anyone's race.
Ryan 2:21, Sara 2:35

Awww....this way they can cross the finish line together. How sweet. (Women start 10 minutes before men).
On pace for a 2:11, Ryan, at mile 24 suddenly starts floating towards the heavens. The rapture has arrived, and he is God's only Chosen.
There are way too few DNF predictions for Ryan Hall on this thread.
