Culpable homicide which he's likely getting has a maximum of 15 years in prison and minimum of 5 years. They suggest 7 to 10 is likely. Weirdly, one can get 'up to 15 years' for simply having the illegal ammunition that Oscar had. It's also come out at trial that he's twice discharged a firearm in public which is punishable with up to 5 years per charge.
Thus it seems to me there is no way he gets less than 10 years in the slammer.
Does anyone know if the sentences can be stacked on top of each other? That's the only question I have really. I've googled and can't figure it out. He's likely to get 10-15 years unless they can somehow stack the sentences on top of each other.
