Who the heck at FloTrack makes $100k a year?
Definitely not the FloTrack stooges. I am talking about the higher tiers of Flocasts. I can't really speak on their behalf but can only guess their worth based on skillset. Here we go top to bottom:
Almost a given, you can bank on the three cofounders taking their share:
- Martin Floreani
- Mark Floreani
- Madhu Venkatesan
These two might in fact have separate endeavors but are respectively seasoned in their field and should be involved with decision making. Their presence demands some cash and/or equity. Either way not cheap:
- David Weiss
- Phil Wendler
Then there's a few more names (Product, Events, Finance) that make a case for very real salary money. There's obviously some behind the scenes investment as well. But after that I'm guessing there's a drop off consisting of a small 60k tier, a few 50s and 40s and then the rest hourly.
