Going back to the 80s. Kritiansen was in a class by herself in Scandanvia (along with Waitz) but 4th runner on this team Bente Moe was no slouch with sub 33 10K and 2:32 marathon credentials. The following year Sorum was top 36, finishing ahead of Shelly Steely and close to Sabrina Dornhofer who just missed the 1988 US Olympic team.
