Those are not "dime a dozen". Several of those would put a women top 10-15 in the NCAA.
That's how much a dozen top 10-15 NCAA athletes get paid when they're done with school.

I think the 2:04.95 PR is Allison Peare's, who graduated from Kentucky, working alongside coach Edrick Floreal and Hakon Devries. She did a great job getting both her 800 and 1500 PR down and making it to Nationals is a great feat!!! She inspires me daily!!! BFF!!!

Exactly, those PRs are certainly reasonable for a future American pro, so the premise of this thread is bad.
A much better example would be someone like Brian Sell.
