I hear he's left track for parkour.
Step back! It wasn't on the track! He'll make it crack! Watch your back! He'll attack and then talk smack! Marathon on the track!
10/10
Mo don't run the thon.
Wrong song, Hong Kong. Not the track, it's all about the 'crete. Keep it on the 'crete!
Looks like Concrete Runner sniffed too much of the haze hanging over Boulder.
People mock Hall for DNS'ing so much, but after Hall had that DNF in the 2012 Olympics, he realized, better to DNS than to DNF. Hall DNF'ed behind 100 or so runners in the Olympics, nothing like Farah DNF'ing to 30,000.
Sometimes it's better to DNF, even if you're a three time champ.
No need to ever DNF. He should've talked to me first. It's all about how you finish.
Mo is good runner. He does it wrong. Stop endorsements. Get government job. Cut mileage. Run half marathon every weekend. Maybe two. Run marathon once a month.
I don't get what the big deal about this Farah guy is. People are always discussing him, so I looked him up on Google, and it turned out he was a guy who ran some 5Ks and 10Ks. Well, that's not that impressive. I personally did a 10k after I'd only been running a week or so. So who cares about him? I ran a marathon when I was 19! He DNF'd his only attempt at the marathon! Why isn't the press beating down my door? I've run 18 marathons now, and he has one DNF. That makes the score NoPo 18, MoFo 0.
I mean seriously, I know you have to be at least somewhat courageous to run a 10k, but there are tons of people even in my own neighborhood who have done one, and some of them have done a lot more than one. Like, 6 or even 8. I read a book just recently about a fella named Dean who does marathons as warm-ups. Somebody should give a copy of that book to this Mo Farah. He'd probably be so inspired.
Hey mon, take it easy on Mo til I have a shot at him. Any distance up to 800m. Just me and him.
U.B.
Sad. All that's left is either decathlon or triathlon.

If he cuts endorsements, tell him to keep his clothes on. Some people don't know any better.

No, he's still got good leg speed velocity.
Ekiden!
People should have seen this coming. Rupp was about to torch him down the stretch in the Oly 10 but Rupp held up. Didn't want to steal the show from his training buddy on his home turf. Mo didn't have enough to finish then. No surprises here.
Problem with Mo in London was that he went out too slow. You need to go out at like 4:08 pace like you would for a 10 mile training run. Gap the field and then just hang on, even if you have to slow down to like 4:10 or 4:12 pace.
At least he has a future in body-building, even if he can't finish a full Mary.
