I have a heavy rotation of shoes. All NB with the first Pure Connect thrown in every now and again. Lately its mostly been the 890v2 as well. I don't get how anyone can put more than 400 miles on a pair of shoes. All mine get so gawdawful nasty by 300, and I struggle to not trash them early. I guess running without socks doesn't help, but...I'm happy I have an outlet close by.
I've been meandering around 20-50 lately. Heading back to 50 in the next couple weeks for a build up.
I have 400 miles on a pair of wawe riders and I feel like the cushioning is completely compressed, I was planning to go a bit beyond that but my foot aches. I honestly don't know how people here go 500/600+
I usually get around 800-1000 miles on my shoes and I use Lunarglides. I think the main reason I can get a lot is because I would run maybe 50 miles more each time on a shoes expiration date and this would condition my feet to running without all that cushioning. Don't be one of those Hoka One One machines.
Nike Pegasus 29. 45-50 miles a week.
My last pair of these shoes with this training amount lasted me almost 8 months. I only got new ones because I figured it was time. Probably could have kept running in the old ones though.
Nike Pegasus. Mid 50s
85 miles per week. Lunar Montreal, new balance 1400
50 mpw in brooks pureflow2, love 'em
Rotate through LunaGlides 4, Zoom Elite 5s and LunaRacers maybe 1 time per week. I seem to only get 400 miles out of the Zoom Elites, but Road Runner Sports has had them on extinct sale for a while so I've only been paying $60-70 for them. Run 80-100 miles/week.
New Balance 890v.3. 60-70 mpw, 50K, 6.5 inches
Asics Gel Nimbus 14, 50-70mpw
The Nimbus 15 is heavier and I have to make a switch soon.

Didn't realize I left out some info.
60K. 7.75.
about 95 asics gel landreth, discontinued may switch to the ghosts
I have the brooks adrenaline and I run about 100 miles a week. I also don't make any money so they have over a 1,000 miles on them. Anyone wanna loan me a few bucks?
60-70 mpw. Adidas Adios, Adidas Boston, Asics DS Trainier, and Mizuno Sayonara for shorter races and tempos. I like the Adios best and put close to 1000 miles on the previous pair, and about 1200 on the pair before that.
Kinvara 4s and brooks launch. 60 mpw
my current rotation:
brooks green silence, 575 miles and going strong despite some lace loops ripping at 400 miles
brooks pure flow, 825 miles and still good. hardly worn down, dont feel any issues
brooks pure connect, 235 miles, obviously still in good shape
skechers go run 2, 605 miles, and torn on the sides but still okay as long as i stay clear of pebbles
i feel like i'll get ~750 on the GS, ~1k on the PF, and at least 600 on the PCs. the skechers are basically done
waiting to buy more until i get a job at my LRS so i can get shoes for dirt cheap. may consider getting the new nike flyknits depending on how cheap i can get them
ASICS GT-1000 Only about 30mpw
Nike Structure 15 for mileage and 16 for workouts and long runs. Average 75ish mpw.
Currently transiting out of my beloved Zoom Vomeros into LunarFlys and Flyknit Lunar 1 and Free 5.0
Thee Vomeros are soo comfy but now too heavy for me.
I love my LunarFlys and sad to see them being discontinued.
Not too impressed with the Flyknit Lunar 1.
I use my Frees now around 50% of my runs, usually on grass and absolutely love the ride.
I just bought the new Zoom Terra Kiger and seriously its the best trail show Ive ever used! Great response, cushion, and traction.
I wear the Lunaracer for workouts and races but I am looking for a new flat, something a bit more responsive but still enough cush.
I run around 60 a week.
Rotating Kinvara 4's and the original Brooks PureCadence, 60 mpw
