In Florida, 1.1 million people will lack health insurance because of John Roberts and Florida Republicans. The Affordable Care Act contains money to expand Medicaid to insure millions of people who cannot afford health insurance (a public option or expansion of Medicare was eliminated from the bill by Joe Lieberman). John Roberts decided that the States must be free to turn down the federal money to expand Medicaid in the States. Hence, even with the exemption being granted by Obama to use the Federal money to pay for 100 % and then 90% of the costs of expanding Medicaid in Florida by shifting it to private insurance companies, which are more expensive than Medicaid, the Florida state House Republicans, headed by Will Weatherford, refused to pay for it. And the crazy right wing Republican Governor of Florida, Rick Scott, even completely reversed himself and said that the state should accept the Federal money. And most Floridians support that measure. You should know that health insurance is currently unaffordable for most and unavailable for tens of millions, that is, under the status quo ante.
Speaking as one of those people who cannot afford health care, you can keep your medicaid. The welfare life is worse than death.

Do you really think Obamacare is going to fix it? Even Dems have started to realize what a mistakn it was. Exemptions are being granted. Provisions have been repealed. Pelosi was right they had to pass it to see what was in it.
Oblundercare: You take out policy limits. You add additional benefits. You don't exclude anyone. You tell the insurance Companies they must pay out 80% of premiums in claims. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that premiums are going to rise. Yet we were told they will go down- yeah right.
