Raising children is not that hard unless you are a helicopter parent, who has nothing to do but hoover over you kids and live your failed dreams in them.
I have kids, and it was very easy to get them and it is quite easy to raise them, I provide food, shelter, pay for medical care, truthfully and tactfully answer a couple of questions, help with homework and a provide few days travelling and they are cool. If they turn out to be losers when they are older, that is entirely not my fault.
Therefore, unless you have medical problems (such as aforementioned faulty gametes)or you have bought into the media produced cult of child worship, reproduction and raising your spawn is the easiest and often most instinctive thing for any animal (and you are an animal). As for having a family, no one selects their families that is purely by chance and not an accomplishment. Having great friends is an accomplishment because you select them.
