Im sorry but I still dont get it
A Kenyan kit is only a must have if you're on the Kenyan team. If you're on the Kenyan team, I'm pretty sure they give you the kit for free.

Fair point, still pretty nice to have.
Prices are still low for kit/gear/uniform that's not widely available.
I've already got Kenya. I am looking for Laos, Bhutan and Zimbabwe.

I have no issues with him selling these items. There are people that actually collect NIKE items. I sold many a SMU NIKE shoe and some of my "kit" to the Japanese and others around the world. It has actually helped me make house payments to Wells Fargo in dire times, in a house I haven't lived in for 3 years. Being of German descent, I actually traded one of my NIKE singlets for a NIKE German singlet a couple years ago while travelling in Europe. Why would you report him to NIKE? What is NIKE going to do to you for selling a NIKE product. This 2d market actually feeds their marketing. Think about AF1, Jordans, Dunks, etc. NIKE hasn't come after me for selling stuff given to me years ago. In fact, the majority of my stuff is so old that it is actually out in their vintage line!!!

Is the singlet the same as the one they had in Daegu?

Yeah, same one.
Man, your athletes are going to look nice at the opening ceremony. Of course, our athletes are going to look like fools with the over-sized Ralph Lauren Pony on everything.
of course, our country would rather showcase a corporation than the athletes or country.
I am moving to Iceland.
Did the postage just go up on this?
It was just at 10.5 euros and suddenly 30 euros?

Depends on location. Maybe it showed as €10.50 because it was ebay.ie and then you signed in so it showed the price for your location. I'm not sure exactly how it works but those were the rates all along. €10.50 to Ireland, €25 to the UK, €30 to the US, Canada, Australia (and I think everywhere else in the world but I can't check everywhere, I can confirm for others as requested).
Ahhh gotcha. Makes sense.
The gutter press is at it again.
