If you are able to drink to a point over .20 and be conscious for a long time it means you have developed tolerance which means things will go down hill for you health wise and other if you keep on drinking heavily. A .40 for her body weight isn't as hard to get to then a 175 pound man but I still think it would have to meant she drank something like 2 liters of vodka or something similar in an 8 hour period.
I blew a .25 after 12-14 beers once. That was in an 11 hour time period. At about 130 pounds.
I did know a guy who admitted himself into a treatment center and was .50 when he checked in. He was walking around and fully conscious and relatively coherent, according to the people who admitted him.
