Running Shoe Reviews:
The Lunar range from Nike has dynamic stability, so runners from neutral to pronating can wear the same shoe.
The shoes adapt to the footstrike over the run, the more one rolls in the more support it receives. If one runs neutral through the shoe, the shoe won't control the foot.
Even neutral runners tend to pronate towards the end of a run, so the dynamic stability will kick in at the right time. Also if one foot rolls more than the other, each shoe will compensate individually for each foot.
It's a smart design from Nike. My personal favorite is LunarGlide, something lighter for you would be the LunarFly.
