But, if longevity is the goal, then I would pick quality fish, kale, and blueberries. Maybe sub in goat cheese and nuts on occasion.

But if pleasure is the goal, I'd eat Mediterranean and high-end Italiano anyway. Pretty healthy, delicious way to go. Good, organic red wine.

Humous (made with chick peas, garlic, tahina, olive oil) fills protein needs. Tomatoes - vegetable/fruit needs, and french baguette - carbs.

I like all three of those, and I figure they'd offer enough variation to keep me interested and healthy.
Tofu with condiments - the perfect food goes with everything, low fat, no meat to plug up GI tract, lots of calcium.
Tuna - high protein, low fat, needs mercury reduction though
Raisin Bran Cereal (with lactose free milk) - fiber to clean up the system.
and that would be it.
now if we're talking fantasy food.
