even thought she has not shown a faster time this, not all the elites can run the rounds of championship events like Rowbury and recovery well. She seems to have the ability to run 4:01 to 4:03 all day long which plays well getting to the finals in majors. The problem is, I don't see her winning or having chance to win even if get's there. So I to would like see her take chance at the 5000 especially after her 8:31 this summer. In that race, except for the last 150 it looked very easy for her. Maybe Cook is still looking long term and is happy with more race under belt and just competing this year. It was a solid summer for her even thought she did not get 4, 2, or 15. Go Shannon, I am disappointment you didn't win or pr, but that's because I wish you success!
PS what kind of 400 speed does she have?
