False. It was the same as any other race. It just looked like Acosta was happy. Wheating was already ahead of him with 50m to go, and Acosta didn't celebrate until literally 2 feet before the line. He was racing, but he knew as soon as wheating crossed the line that they had the sweep, so he put his hands up. He did not let wheating win. It's not like they have time to just mosey down the straight and decide who's going to cross first, there's a whole freaking pack behind them. He raced until the line, lost, and was happy with what happened. Don't make this more than it is. Watch the video again (someone posted a link on another thread), and it's pretty clear that they were running all the way to the line.
