I do not see him beating JW without training for it.
Add 10 seconds to his 300 time.

All the college guys aren't 45.XX. Several of those guys have 44.XX times and ability. Calvin smith 44.81, tate 44.87 this year....maybe you don't know the difference between the prelims for nats, and a PR or SB.

Add 10 seconds? You clearly don't have any concept of what you are talking about.
Eh, don't be so quick to be an anonymous dick.
I lacked a "at least" in there clearly.
100M: 9.7
200M: 19.83
300M: 30.97
Going from 100 to 200 it took him 10.13
Going from 200 to 300 it took him 11.13
30.97+ 12= 43.XX
So, he'd be remarkably close if he didn't lose more than 1 second off his final 100m

1) i'm not being anonymous
2) Yea...10 seconds and 12 seconds are almost the same thing....wow.
3) Nothing is clear about it other than you don't know what you're talking about.
4) He wouldn't run a 12 sec 100 off a 30.97. He'd go out slower in a 400.
Yup, because you're Bolt and you'd know exactly how he'd run a 400
If going out slower was the key, he'd have gone out slower in the 300 and finished stronger and finished with a 29 instead of barely cracking into the high 30s

Yes i do
And he did. 19.83 is not all out for him. And anyone with half a brain would know on that particulr day, if he had gone out in 30.9 in a 400 he would have ended up virtually walking the last 100. You think Bolt was like...oh yea, tricked ya....not really tired after my 30.9, i could keep running for another 100 meters in 12 seconds (or 10 as you suggest No he was dead after 300. You don't seem to understand how running works.
I know these guys have faster Pr's, I actually looked at a few of them just before I posted this. I'm just saying they didn't run it in the prelims and I'm not sure if any one or several of these guys and going to try and push hard enough to get new Pr's and risk burning out the last 100m and loose.

Still a world lead for Wariner...James wins in 45.05, very solid time
