What kind of workouts do your runners complete in the weight room? Are any in high school weight training classes, and if so, do you have specific workouts for them to work on outside of team lifting sessions?
Joe, Bloomington, IN
obviously not true, but I know two of their runners well, have run with a few of the guys at training camps and just wanted to state facts as they are.
What if any standards are there for the Stotan running program?
1) What did you have to do/what was the experience trying to implement your Stotan program when you first began to get the kids to buy into it?
2) What does you summer training program look like?
-Mileage
-Workouts
-Number of practices
-Team Atmosphere
-Any camps/trips
Thanks!
