But why you'd reckon "I woke up this morning feeling aggressive, I decided to go with it" translates to a superior book-based training prescriptions, I don't get, any more than why someone would choose a cola or a car based on admiring the athlete who endorses that brand.
No, a one-off line is not superior to a training prescription. But, Pfitzinger provides the "prescription" just like Daniels, AND can add the nuanced experience gained from actually competing.

I was defending my selection against the opinion that my choice and reason was one of the dumbest posts in recent times.
Do you think my reason for selecting Pfitzinger of the two choices is without merit?
