funky acoustic guitar riffs ftw
Wesleyan is nice, but last I knew they don't have lights which would make for some amazing twilight meets.
The alma mater of the OWU coach has a pretty sweet facility. Let's see if FPW can get that without looking it up.
Back in the early 90's Before they dropped track and field Hartwick College (NY) had a really nice facility (Elmore Field) with a view down the valley of about 20-30 miles.

As far as views go Wagner College (dI) has a great view of NYC from their 6 lane track.
Thanks for the help. It was for this:

I'll probably add to the post over the next few days with categories like best view, best defunct track stadium, etc.
The track at Lewis & Clark in Portland has a great setting.
Selby field is kinda cool, but only because it has definite old-school cred. It's actually pretty ugly though--unless bare, crumbling concrete is your thing.
Colorado College's view of pikes peak ain't bad
Here's that Santa Barbara track at night.

Drake Stadium is where more Olympic and IAAC Outdoor WC medalists have trained than any other. Drake Stadium is truly the most adorned T&F stadium on the planet earth.

A very rich town with a wonderful community college and brand new track and field.
Word. Sweet track (the new one) and site of my favorite off season race, where I dusted my best friend, CA state 800 champ, in the 200.
We laugh about it to this day.

Santa Barbara Community College, hands down. Right across the street from the Pacific Ocean. They could hold a Grand Prix meet there, and SB is pretty enough as it is.
Hands down the winner. Never got to race there, seen many pictures, has to be the best. What, you can step out of your spikes and be on the beach in 10 seconds?
--NOTHING can ever beat this, college wise.
My High School track can, however beat it.
Does it get windy, being right beside the ocean and so exposed? Otherwise, it looks wonderful.
