WGAF ? It'll be too cold for male booty pictures. Plus the men should wear thongs but never do. What kind of ship are they running at USATF anyways ? No real men obviously.

FYI - I see that Tim Nelson is running. He is listed under William Nelson.

"they're"
doing it in Spokane. This time last year, the course would be under two feet of snow.
I know it wont happen but i want to see Alan Webb on the line. I haven't heard much about his training but he hung with Ritz way back when in XC. Granted Ritz wasn't what he is today but Webb had like 100lbs more muscle back then. would be fun.
One reason- He may be injured
Al Sal says ritz is healthy and ready to go:

I believe that is Billy Nelson the Colorado University star, not Tim Nelson.
OOOPS Sorry
yes there is a reason... Ritz is a human who is susceptible to problems that we all go through. Maybe he gets a huge cramp, maybe he rolls an ankle or trips, maybe he wakes up with a splitting cold or the flu, maybe he "just has a bad day" and for whatever reason is unable to perform as he expects, or any other number of intangibles. As a poster said earlier, the race is a race because there is no 100% reasons that Ritz will dominate. If there was it'd be called an exhibition instead...
that said, I think it's likely that Ritz will dominate.
Thank you for that engrossing, worthwhile and meaningful post!
he'll get injured.
Scotty bauhs should be up there. probably not in contention for the win though. Billy nelson should be top 5
