yeah I dunno. He has to be on 2:56-low pace to hit 2:03:58 and hes on 2:59 average now. Thats gonna be hard to make up at this level.

K9: 2:57
but sure looks nice to see the "world record pace" entry going smaller and smaller after almost each Km :-)... I am saying it is 50/50 now...
Still...going through 10k in under 30 minutes and going on for another 32.2 is impressive any day
wrote too fast... now it is increasing :-( and he is now 30 seconds off from the 2008 time at 10K, compared to the 5K difference of only 20 seconds...
3:00, 3:01 10th and 11th kilometers. All signs point to 2:05+
I don't know about more than 205, but you are right.
I don't think you can negative split the last half by a minute, either. It would be a 1:02:30/1:01:30 or a little faster to do it.
Well, it looks like either that's what they are trying to do or it really isn't a record attempt.
Does anyone know if geb has ever negative split a fast marathon?
12th and 13th kilometers 3:01, 3:01...last 5k just under 15:00
I'm calling it now: no WR this time.

How brave of you...
Too early to call off WR: 1:02:29/1:01:29 would be a WR.
The 5K splits so far
0-5K: 14:54
5-10K: 14:48
10-15K: 14:58
3:10 16th k! Shucks.
