Snack, water at every rest stop...you may start with sunshine, get rain & sleet..before you hit 10 mile @ peak...lots of scree just after peak downhill too. Watch your ankles!! Ibuprofen beforehand, a great idea.
It's a beautiful run. Hydrate well the night before too.... it's certainly not @ sea level...
If weather turns at peak, they may shut it down...core temperature is vital! It's a blast tho.
