Race : Either Steamtown or Baystate (I'll decide in the next week or so).
Goal : 2:55-58
Long story short, was in shape last year, got hurt, ran a marathon anyways. I've been really lazy since I've recovered about being consistant but I've had a few good workouts here and there. Following Pfitz (sp?) 12 week 55 miles or less program with a little bumped mileage. Goal is just to get a good time for Boston, then up my mileage during the winter.
Don't have my log handy but this previous week was around 35 miles with the best two workouts being 8 miles steady at MP w/10 100M strides done around 13-17 seconds w/45 seconds rest and 6 miles progression getting down to 6:20 followed by 3 x 200M steep hill sprints in lieu of 15k pace work.
