I think there is a half marathon to pac-man conversion on the McMillian chart if I remember correctly.

Here's a question I have. A good friend of mine is a pretty good runner. He has Pr's of 14:26 5k, 29:55 10k, and a 1:05:28 Half Marathon. He has dreams of running in the 2:15's or even faster for the marathon. He is also a sick nasty PacMan player. He just scored 223,890 points. What do you think is better, his running times or his pac-man score? I told him to give up running and start entering Pac-Man tournaments to make some good cash. There are plenty of 215 marathoners, but how many can go past 200,000 in pac-man?, not too many? So what do you all think?
Any IAAF conversions available?
malmo,
you always chime in on threads about classic video games. did you ever consider getting one? there's a whole online community of guys who have collecting arcade games as a hobby. check out klov.com. People have turned their basements/garages/barns into arcades.
... not to mention the fact Pacman was sociologically described as the first uterine non-ejaculatory video game to explain it\'s appeal with women...

Wow...223,890, that's a lot of points.
However, I just ate that many grams of fiber this morning for breakfast - all in grapefruit and Kashi cereal. Then I ran a long run...without "soft-serving" any of it, as you say in C-town. Bet you couldn't do that, Foxxxxxx
"King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters"
Solid movie, short and sweet. Watching those losers will make you feel good about yourself. Billy Mithcell comes across as an a-hole....talented, but mixed up with a Dean Karnazes like desire to self promote. Some of his sycophants are really something else.
Also made me want to go play Donkey Kong - movie does a good job of building it up as the toughest, most demanding video game ever.
Received King of Kong a few weeks ago, and finally watched it last night. Who would have known - it is quite possibly the best documentary ever made.

Film review
Am watching it now on my laptop, it's quite good. Good documentaries are hard to find. I highly suggest seeing it.
