No, but I noticed that Dibaba and Dibaba both ran their first miles faster than Deatherage's winning time. Deatherage had an amazing race, but it does take some of the thrill out of it to realize that she would need the race of her life to pace Dibaba or Defar for half of a 3K. The same goes for most other elite milers, though, so I'm sure she doesn't mind too much.
According to Letsrun, Dibaba didn't reach the 1600 until 4:36.1, which was closer to 5+ seconds past the mile winner.
Dibaba did well, but it was Defar's night. Which is slightly ironic in the fact that the first time I attended BIG, it was Dibaba's night, setting the 5k indoor world record, while Defar barely missed the 3k WR running 8:30.XX.
I've seen them run twice, in the same venue no less, and they haven't faced each other either time.
