I for one am in support of the use of a t-mill if one prefers to do their running on this. T-mills have their advantages & disadvantages from getting SOME running in if the weather is adverse or the fact that if one does ALL their running on a t-mill AND is looking to be competitive, disadvantage is they might not have a feel for pace, the hardness of the road, & the roughness of trails.
