I'm almost exactly the same as old f***er, except I'm an even older f***er. I even dipped under 160 on occasion in college, got up to about 205 in my late 30s and started running again. I'm down to about 180 and man, am I skinny. I can't imagine what I looked like at 160. I sure was faster then, however.

At 42, I'm 6'1" and 165. In high school, I was 6'1" and 155. I can still equal (or better) my high school times at 800-1600.
