Big news for an Idaho team to go to Woodbridge in the sweeps, a strong showing could really prove that the state is actually on the rise, and not just a temporary fad. Also is good for at larges for CDA and/or Rocky Mountain come NXR
Herriman, Sothlake Carroll, Crater, Coeur D’Alene, Jesuit, Buchanan , Great Oak, Martin Luthern King , The Woodlands, Jserra, Mira Costa, Beckman, Rock Canyon, Desert Hills, Orem, Skyridge , Beavercreek, Greer Middle College Charter, Redondo Union, Loyola, Hart, Millikan, Saugus, Glendora
Teams to watch out for on the guy's side
If Jesuit OR came in, it would have been:
1) Battle of the Jesuits (against Jesuit CA)
2) Battle of the top 3 Northwest teams (against CDA and Crater)

I looked at Jesuit Oregon's schedule, and woodbridge is not on it. Trailrunner is referring to Jesuit California

Skyridge UT lost one of their best returners to Herriman. Now they only return 4 sub-10 guys.
Next 2 returners ran a 4:48 and 4:53. We’ll see how the 5th runner pans out
Girls Individual Top 10 projection for Woodbridge 2024.
I added 1600/3200 PR's for likely Woodbridge runners and ranked by total time of those 2 PR's combined. Is it the best comparison? Maybe not... but look at the list below and it does make sense.
Woodbridge prediction - A thousands of kids will put on Vaporflys and run ridiculously fast 3 mile times on rock hard surface and call it cross country. Those same kids won't sniff within a minute of their times for the remainder of the year.
Oaks Christian may be in the cards with their junior transfer.
In the boys side? They must have found a 5th man then, which puts them in the top 3 in Division 4. Although it will still be tough to take down JSerra
Don't know who the person is to check for times, but they could easily be a D4 state podium favorite depending on the time.
With proper progression you probably get 2 15:00-15:15 minute guys (Woodward Park 5K), 2 15:45-16 minute guys. If new guy is right around the 2 front runners, that team just straight up beats JSerra and is in contention with St Francis for the state title.
Still have no chance at Woodbridge team podium unless the new guy is running sub 14 Woodbridge times though, so for purposes of this thread, I don't think it means much.
