Go the the public library or a college library. They put the air conditioner full blast. I always go there when its out.

I think every June every running magazine, website, and outlet publishes the same list that's been around since running became a thing.
hydrate before, during, and after
try to run in the early AM or late PM
pick a shady trail if possible
wear light clothing
adjust your pace and expectations of performance
run on a looped route so if you become too overheated you can easily make it back home/ to the car. (You don't want to be 6M away and get whacked.)
That's all good. Of course there are people who switch to treadmill running in a place where there's AC. I always just sucked it up and ran through it accepting that I was going to feel miserable and run a lot slower than normal. I was always religious about doing my long runs and they were pretty wretched at times. If I was doing it over I think I'd not do long runs when it was awful and split them into two runs. A Kiwi friend of mine went to school in Arkansas but when he was in New Zealand got a lot of advice from one of Lydiard's stars who told him not to do long runs when the heat was awful because he was more likely to make himself sick than anything else.
You man up and go out and run like you normally would.
Stay Hard.
