well, there are 2 issues here, that can be independent.
1 doping athlete, that's obvious delux red flagger
2 a cover your azz ;awuered big corporation, who got caught messing up simple certification
a third party, who maybe fools with G1516
you have to bust both athlete and supplier as having a PED in any product like G1516, that's a bust.
also verifying the ped on the outside of the gummie, that's a fun test, what did they do, dip the gummie in a solvent? what solvent?
and in the manufacturing process, could the gummie bear be exposed to ped on the surface?
well, i think by far the most likely thing is the athlete was a monster ped user, and like i said, the manufacturer isn't squeeky clean at all in delivering their advertised product.
big corps play lip service pretty much to every regulation in the first place, only comply when forced. and the regulatory agencies, they are usually in league with the big corp.
back in the day, Nestle / Coke came up with a "spring pure" bottled water which where the waster source was the municipal sewage water recycling plant. i worked in a lab that also made this sweedish herbal shampoo, the outfit was chinese, and you guessed it, there was nothing sweedish nor herbal about it.
anyway bust this gateraid moran group, in the process
