You usually want a strong guy in the first leg so that the second guy has a shot at the lead in the second leg without having to go all out in the first 100m. He is too slow for the first leg (even for the heats).
You want your leg 2 guy to have a strong 200m PB so that he can go out fast to take the lead. Quincy’s 200m PB is 22.15!!! A lot of the women will have similar 200m PBs. In addition, the cut in can get physical. Not your best choice for 2nd leg.
The third leg is the most chaotic. The teams may not have spread that much in the first 2 legs, so the exchange can get messy (at the start and at the end).
He may be ok for the last leg, but again, it’s rare that you put your weakest runner on the anchor.
But if you had to pick a leg, I guess it would be the anchor.
