I was shocked that Sweitzer didn't hold off PV. Parker has no kick, and looks very clunky trying, yet still beat her. It's disappointing the rest of the field were pathetic (78 is not that hot) Oh well, good for PV. They'll find a way to get her to Paris somehow.

Parker has no kick most of the time because she leads the entire freaking race close to all-out. I’m surprised how many people seem to miss this. It is not coincidence that in a slow race where she led less she is able to close quickly. Kelati also not known for her kick ran a great last 100 meters.
The top 3 ran the last 3k in about 8:45. The last mile in 4:38. Very impressive. Valby is damn near a double Olympian. For being as fragile as glass for much of her career, she seems to be indestructible now. If anyone can butts in the stands for distance, she can do it.

I remember some people said she might not even be able to run faster than 65 secs in an ALL-OUT 400m. lol
