I know its the LRC meme but he did cruise a relatively even split 1:50 early this outdoor season!
I hoping Norman/Hall/Norwood are top 3 in finals with Quincy Wilson in the relay pool for experience.
Someone at NBC needs to turn in a resignation letter for this colossal screw up. It’s the Olympic Trials for f!cks sake!
Hopefully Norwood has more in the tank, 45.40 💩 I’m more hopeful than I am with Deadmon because it was a less competitive heat on paper.

Norwood cruised the first round winning his heat in 45.40. Auhmad Robinson of TAMU (low 43 split at NCAAs) dead last and does not advance from heat four. Through 4 heats, 4 men sub 45.
man, fliiiiip NBC. I pay for a month of Peacock and immediately... this.
oh well, at least the announcers will be knowledgeable and sharp.
they will definitely not natter on about how She Definitely Wants To Win This Race and how His Hometown Must Be So Happy That He Is Here while the key move in the race goes unnoticed. they will call the actual race rather than blather about stuff no one cares about.
no one will cut away from a distance race and miss the important bit in order to bring us absolutely nothing happening in a field event, because they have not yet heard of picture-in-picture.

I don't get it

Dude wth? It’s a first heat and Norwood won and Deadmon qualified comfortably in 2nd. They’re fine.
Why is it so hard to watch this? Can't USATF throw a stream up before the Peacock broadcast starts?
This makes me feel stupid for liking this sport. Imagine explaining to someone that there's a 16-yo phenom breaking age group records in the Olympic Trials and it can't be found live anywhere
Stadium looks packed. Not a seat to be found anywhere. Track Town USA!
Coverage starts 30 minutes late and the first 5 minutes are just that dude from Sunday Night Football (Mike Tarico I think) yapping and he couldn't tell you who Josh Kerr is.
Disappointing but not at all surprising.
Norman runs 45.31, but basically walks the last 100 meters. That looked very easy for him.
I guess I’m glad they showed a replay of the last 50 meters of the Quincy Wilson race but they really decided to all we needed to see was Michael Norman jogging in a 45.3?
I like Ato and Sanya but I am praying they aren’t the ones calling the 800
