2) Then try and not reload that page for a few minutes.

We've had auto videos for a long time.

1) I just got a refresh on the homepage where we don't have any floating banners or video ads.

So this is weird.

A few questions.

1) Are any supporting club members getting this on the forums?

They see no ads there so curious if they don't see it.

Something weird is likely coming through the ad stack that we are trying to diagnose.

Just because you've been doing something stupid for a long time isn't a great reason to continue doing so.

It's a message board where the typical user is browsing multiple threads. It makes no sense to have the same video play each time a new thread or thread page is loaded.

It's almost like you guys go out of your way to piss off your users.

Back here trying to help. Honestly. It is not a time stamp kind of thing. It happens like 40% of the time you go to a new page. It says something along the lines of "A problem repeatedly occurred on...(LRC thread link)." It happens a lot.

When it doesn't happen, the threads reload themselves a few times per minute. This happens on every thread 100% of the time. Even if you wait for it to load, it reloads. It is just very annoying if you're actually trying to read through a thread. It is a very common thing on my phone; not a recent thing, either. I am not a Luddite.

This morning I noticed it was entirely impossible to view any threads. Everything tried to go to a full-screen ad and the site would crash. Zero ability to go to a thread.

What do you mean now? It's never worked well on mobile and takes up 30% of battery life for 10 mins.

The amount of denial you're in about how truly terrible of a product you offer says lightyears about you, your intelligence, and how much you think of your customers.

This site makes my iPhone (gen 6) run really hot. The battery gets warm to the point it's uncomfortable to hold.

Also this site makes my battery drain like crazy. Probably three times faster than watching YouTube videos would drain my battery.

Im on the latest update of iphone and Im close to giving up on lr. The ads are one anniyance, and lately the constant jumpingaround screen stalls and hiccups ae giving me headaches and a case of the fantods. Close to bailing.

Heh. I've not had one single instance, ever, where I thought this site was 'unusable'. It's pretty dam basic which is a good thing in this regard.
