Firstly, weight training shouldn't inhibit your ability to run fast by very much if you're doing it correctly. Balancing weight training with solid mileage and good, clean nutrition can keep you lean and maintain solid muscle mass.
A typical week I would have you doing is 5x a week. I will include lifts in as well:
Monday: 40 min easy w/ strides + Push day
Tuesday: 15 min wu/cd; 20 min marathon pace tempo + Pull day
Wednesday: 30 min easy + leg day
Thursday: OFF/cross train + core
Friday: 45 min easy w/ strides + full body
Saturday: OFF/cross train + plyos
Sunday: 60 min steady
It's really quite simple. Get some variance in paces for workouts. Do strides. Do steady long runs and stay consistent.
