The super shoes are much worse than the racing shoes I wore at that time.
The excessive foam super shoe fad is nonsensical BS to sell terrible shoes for high prices.
This makes me think you’ve not run in super spikes or super flats. I’m a minimalist and do a lot of barefooting, but come time for big races, I’m into my Dragon Flies or Alphas.
I was exactly in your camp until I used super shoes. They’re real. Like doping level real.
