You can easily beat it. No problem.
Problem seems to be your confidence... U should KNOW U can beat it.(Cause you can.) U don t need a peasant like me on some random site telling you that you can. Just plan your training. Plan your diet(with cheat days where u can eat whatever.) Nothing insane. It must be sustainable.. Training too, sustainable. Wake up and get it done. Simple.

(Fyi, I meant every work and believe it 100%.(If I were the one posting this and reading what this "Crazy Runner" just wrote, i d think he s an azz n patronizing me.. (seriously tho)
Oh and if u want to No brainer it. Pay a couple of bucks and get a coach. Online is great. U have NO clue the improvements I've undergone with coaches..
