I have something similar when running because of slight leg length difference. Usually it makes no difference to my gait but I find that it gets exacerbated when I'm dehydrated. I don't think this is your issue as yours lasts well beyond one or two sessions but who knows. Difference in leg length may make you push one leg out to compensate.
Hi, I posed a reply on one of your other threads. Figured I would try to reach you on this one too. I have been dealing with a similar issue on the right leg since October 2023. I was wondering if you would mind shooting me an email at to exchange timelines, symptoms, etc. Another user and I have created a google docs where we are exchanging symptoms, treatments, experiences, etc. We would love another perspective on it. Please reach out. Thanks!

Hi, I just got some results back today from some imaging tests:
Lumbar spine:
”Severe neural foraminal narrowing demonstrated at L5-S1 with facet hypertrophy and osteophytic protrusion, potentially affecting the L5 exiting nerve roots. Concordant with patient’s symptoms.”
”Mild multilevel degenerative changes are demonstrated throughout the lumbar spine with end plate sclerosis, osteophytosis, and facet arthropathy”.
Pelvis, left hip, left femur, and SI joints are all normal.
I’d be happy to join the google doc discussion, just thought I’d share the results here as well.
I’m unable to watch your video but from your description it sounds like it could be runner’s dystonia. Google that and check out the (in)famous “loss of coordination in leg” thread on this forum. I’ve dealt with a mild/moderate case for years. It’s treatable with Botox injections, among other things, although success is variable.
